MUST – wyjaśnienie

Klasa 6

MUST to czasownik modalny, którego używamy, żeby powiedzieć, że coś jest obowiązkiem albo że trzeba coś zrobić.

⭐ Co oznacza MUST?

  • must = musisz / trzeba
  • mówi o silnym obowiązku, zasadach, regułach, nakazach

📌 Jak budujemy zdania?

✔️ Zdania twierdzące (positive)

osoba + must + czasownik (bez -s, bez to)

  • You must do your homework.
  • I must go now.
  • Students must listen to the teacher.

❌ Przeczenia (negative)

must not = mustn’t → nie wolno

  • You mustn’t run in the corridor.
  • He mustn’t eat in class.
  • They mustn’t touch the animals.

Uwaga: mustn’t to zakaz, nie „nie musisz”! „Nie musisz” = don’t have to (inny temat).

Odpowiedzi:

  • Yes, you must.
  • No, you mustn’t.
