The result is that many plants and animals die because the rubbish and pollution kill them. So if you care about the environment, don’t drop litter. Don’t throw it away carelessly. Remember to sort your rubbish and put it in the recycling bins. If we recycle more, there will be less rubbish in the world.

Zanieczyszczenie środowiska jest poważnym problemem i zagraża roślinom oraz zwierzętom. Wiele osób uważa, że trzeba zacząć działać. Jednym z największych problemów są śmieci. Widać je przy drogach, w lasach i w rzekach — plastikowe i szklane butelki, puszki czy papierki.
Śmieci nie tylko brzydko wyglądają, ale są też niebezpieczne. Dzikie zwierzęta mogą się zranić, zaplątać albo zachorować, gdy przypadkowo je zjedzą. Toksyczne substancje z odpadów zanieczyszczają wodę i glebę, co prowadzi do śmierci wielu roślin i zwierząt.
Dlatego ważne jest, aby nie śmiecić, nie wyrzucać odpadów byle gdzie, segregować je i wrzucać do odpowiednich pojemników. Jeśli będziemy więcej recyklingować, śmieci będzie mniej. Dbaniem o środowisko powinniśmy zajmować się już w domu — jeśli każdy zrobi coś małego, świat stanie się lepszym miejscem.
